Terms & Conditions

VAT is not includes in the prices on the webpage. We reserve us from incorrect prices, typing errors, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. If the prices change, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

Payment Terms:
Shops with-in EU gets 14-days payment terms after approval from us. Invoice is sent as an e-mail, please specify the e-mail address when registering.
In case of late payment, interest has to be paid by 12%. Payment reminders are charged with a fee of € 6,00. In case of repeated payment delays, advance payment will be required.

New customers pre-pay their first order. The dealer must have a normal shop with fixed opening hours designed for the purpose.
You always have the right to cancel an order until the goods are shipped. Svartzonker Sweden AB has ownership and readmission rights to all products until fully payment has been received from the customer.

Delivery Terms / Shipping:
All order within EU will be charged with a freight cost between € 25,00 - € 80,00.

We send orders within 1-2 working days, but in high season the delivery time can be longer. We use DHL as carrier and depending on where in EU the delivery is going, it can take 3-6 days for the transport.

Sometimes deliveries are delayed from our vendors which are out of our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we will not compensate our customer for the damage caused by the delay. As a customer you always have the right to cancel the order in case of delay or if the goods are not in stock.

Visible transport damages or missing parcels must be reported directly to the driver upon delivery, otherwise the transport insurance does not apply to the goods. If the damage is not visible, it must be notified to us no later than 5 days after the delivery is received.

Back order:
We have a backorder tracking if you have not notified us otherwise. When listed items are again in stock, these are normally sent with an ordinary order. If the order is older than 3 months, we will make contact before we send out the order back for an approval from the customer.

Complaint / Return:
If the delivery contains damaged, missing or incorrectly packed goods, a complaint must be made to us no later than 8 days after receiving the goods!

Return of delivered goods must be approved by us before it is returned. We do not accept returns that are older than 6 months or goods that have been dropped from our range (invoice date applies)

At all returns, the order number, the reason for the return and the name of the contact person approving the return. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return products are packaged well and sent to us as agreed.

We provide a 1 year warranty on defects in materials and manufacturing. This applies to product that has been subject to normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to make changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, incorrect product descriptions and images as well as changed product specifications or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events below (Force Majeure).

Force majeure:

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect the agreements entered into and our commitments, which means that we cannot hold the said agreement / commitment which means we should be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
